Comprehensive Distance Learning

Redmond School District will begin the 2020-21 school year in Comprehensive Distance Learning.

This temporary online learning model will be in place until local and state COVID metrics allow students to return to on-site or hybrid instruction. Students may choose to register for the district’s Full-Time Online option, which is a permanent online learning model for the entire school year. Our Principal

Mr. Lowe is in his fourth year as the Principal at Elton Gregory Middle School (EGMS). Previous to moving to EGMS, he was an assistant principal at Redmond High School for three years.  Before entering school administration, Mr. Lowe taught high school social studies for twenty years, seven of which were in the Redmond School District. Mr. Lowe spent a number of years teaching in the international school system in Egypt, Ghana and Indonesia. These experiences have led him to believe that there are a variety of “right answers” to solving any problem and that the culture of the community is essential to the success of everyone. He holds a master’s degree from Lewis and Clark University and also completed his administrative licensure program at Lewis and Clark.
